She says that her

Either way I do wish she'd get her principles sorted out. Either you believe that increasing the income for local government by making people pay taxes is a good thing, and so not paying them, presumably isn't, or the other way around, but you cannot, surely have it BOTH ways, although perhaps if Cllr. Foat becomes Mayor Foat, she can have YOU pay more taxes, while SHE doesn't!
