City of Palm Springs Invites Residents to Participate in May 4 Homelessness Town Hall Meeting at Mizell Senior Center April 23, 2015 Get involved in your city!
Palm Springs residents are invited to participate in the City of Palm Springs Homelessness Town Hall Meeting on Monday, May 4.
The 5:30 p.m. event, hosted by the City Council Homlessness Subcommittee, comprised of Mayor Steve Pougnet and Council member Ginny Foat, will be held at the Mizell Senior Center, 480 S.Sunrise Way. In addition, Palm Springs Police Chief Al Franz and City staff will be on hand.
The goal of the meeting is to address ongoing homelessness issues in the City of Palm Springs and to discuss potential solutions.
“We are committed to coming up with solutions to combat homelessness in our city and the entire Coachella Valley,” said Mayor Steve Pougnet. “I invite everyone with an interest to participate in this important Town Hall Meeting. The people are the city and we need your feedback.”
